TINTON FALLS, NJ – April 16, 2018 – Hermetic Solutions Group (HSG), a leading manufacturer of hermetic packaging, components and services announced the hiring of Christy Leleck as Director of Human Resources.

Christy has the depth and breadth of experience to help us develop and implement a cohesive company-wide HR organization that serves all of our employees, while also supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives.”
Christy joins HSG with 20 years of human resources and organizational development experience, most recently at Paddle8, where she was appointed by the CEO as Director of Human Resources and created the HR organization for a global 400 person startup company. Prior to Paddle8, Christy spent 15 years at the Gucci Group of fashion brands in roles of increasing responsibility where she oversaw Human Resources for 2000 employees in corporate offices and stores in the US, Canada, Mexico and South America. Christy has extensive experience developing incentive and benefits programs, training, performance review processes, talent management and recruitment strategies, and HR compliance review, among other organizational development programs. Christy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University.
Initially, Christy will focus on continuing our integration into one company by assessing opportunities to develop uniform HR practices across our US businesses, as well as, harmonize our employee benefit plans, performance management & appraisal and manpower/salary planning processes.
